Reporting a bug
Tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Include your app version and build number — in the app, it's at Settings → Support. Screenshots welcome. If you're on the TestFlight beta, you can also send feedback straight from TestFlight (take a screenshot, tap it, choose Share Beta Feedback).
Joining the beta
Email us with the Apple ID email you use for the App Store and we'll send a TestFlight invite.
Common fixes
- Voice entry isn't working: check Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and Speech Recognition are enabled for LendShark. Both are optional — typing always works.
- No due-date reminders: enable Notifications for LendShark in iOS Settings, then in the app turn on Settings → Notifications and "Text reminders on due dates." Reminders fire at 9 AM on the day before and day of.
- Contact suggestions missing: contacts access is opt-in; tap the contacts button in Quick Add. With iOS limited access, only the contacts you selected will appear.
- Wrong amounts with comma decimals (12,50): fixed in build 5 and later — check Settings → Support for your build and update via TestFlight if older.
Your data
Everything lives on your phone — see the privacy policy. There's no account to reset and no server copy to restore; back up via iOS device backups, or export CSV/PDF from the Tools tab.
